Chelsea Handler Pepperoncini Pasta

I cannot end my day without watching her. I jump into my bed, wrap myself up in a blanket and giggle myself to sleep.

When Chelsea Handler says something completely inappropriate I cannot tell you how many emails I get. God knows how much my phone bill is going to be when Madonna finally dies.  I’m not her manager so STFU everyone. We all have bad days and as long as we try that’s what matters. Believe it or not sometimes I make a dish that’s bland, I know you’re shocked right now, but it’s the truth.

Despite a bad joke, I’m sticking by her. I do wish Loni Love would make more special appearances on Chelsea Latley. I mean, in a few years they are going to take over the Tonight Show (please quote me on this) and Brad Wollack will be the guy sitting on the stool announcing the guests. They are the funniest group of people on TV. No way in hell would I want to be friends with them, but I would watch them all day if I could.

Recipe: Chelsea Handler’s Pepperoncini Pasta

  • 1 Box Rigatoni
  • 20 Pepperoncini Peppers – Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves – Sliced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Half and Half
  • 4oz Cream Cheese

  1. In a large pan, add and heat the oil over medium heat. When hot, add your sliced garlic and cook for 1 minute. After a minute, add the sliced pepperoncini peppers to the garlic and oil. The more seeds you leave from the peppers, the hotter the dish. Cook for 2 minutes then add all the other ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked rigatoni and served with grated parmesan cheese.
