I remember when I was younger; I saw this TV program about Raw Food. They interviewed this man who seemed so happy and was in the euphoric state and it stuck with me for years. Will eating raw food make me happy? Should I give this a try? I did, and I lasted 1 day. My jaw hurt so much from eating raw foods for an entire day that I just couldn’t do it anymore. Seriously, this is ridiculous.

Years later I saw the same guy on TV again and it hit me, he wasn’t feeling this way because of raw food, it’s because he’s still on an acid trip from 1990. This douche was so crazy, I laughed at myself to think that being crazy meant being happy.

I’ve heard it all before. It’s natural, God and Mother Nature both intended for us to eat food this way. Really? Did they? If so, why would God create fire, oven, pots, pans or even let the caveman that invented fire to be born. Seriously, it’s impossible for your body to digest all that food without some help. Believe me, Andre Rison and I both wish fire were never invented. He wouldn’t have been homeless and I would have never started smoking.

So roast your vegetables and don’t be ashamed. These anti-roasters are bored, pale, malnourished and crazy.

Cut/slice your vegetables, cover with Olive Oil and sprinkle generously with salt and roast at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes in a single layer.
